How to become a seller

Follow these steps to start selling on Boxorn. Our team reviews every application before granting access to listing tools.

  1. Create an account or sign in

    Register if you are new, or log in with your existing Boxorn account.

  2. Open the seller application

    Click Apply to become a seller from this page or your profile menu.

  3. Fill in your store details

    Provide your store name, business address, tax and ID information, phone number, and a short description of what you sell.

  4. Accept the seller terms

    Read the seller agreement PDF, confirm that you accept it, and submit your application.

  5. Wait for approval

    Our team reviews applications manually. We will contact you by email once your seller account is approved.

How to upload your products

Listing an item takes a few minutes. Here is the path from your first login to a live product page.

  1. Sign in or create an account

    Register if you are new, or log in. You need an account before you can add listings.

  2. Apply and get approved as a seller

    Submit the seller application with your store details and accept the seller terms. Only approved sellers can publish listings.

  3. Add photos and fill in the form

    Upload 3–5 clear images, then enter the name, brand, series, scale, colors, condition, material, year, price, and a description. You can preview how the listing will look before posting.

  4. List products after approval

    Once your seller account is approved, open Upload Your Product, add photos, and publish listings. New product listings may also be reviewed before going live.
