We deliver to supported regions worldwide. Carriers and methods can vary by destination. If your country is not available at checkout, use Contact Us—we may still be able to help.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Transit time depends on the carrier and your location: domestic orders often arrive within a few days; international orders can take longer. You will receive tracking details by email when the order ships.

Costs, duties, and taxes

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout before you pay. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by local authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise on the product or checkout page.

Damaged or delayed packages

If your order arrives damaged or is late, contact us promptly via Contact Us with your order reference and photos if the item is damaged. We will coordinate with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
