We want you to be happy with your purchase. This page explains how returns and exchanges work for products bought on our marketplace.
Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, unless a product page states a different policy (for example clearance items). The countdown starts on the day the carrier marks the package as delivered.
Condition of items
Items must be unused, in original packaging when reasonable, and include all accessories and documentation. We may refuse a return if the product shows wear, missing parts, or damage not caused in transit.
How to start a return
Contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number, the item you wish to return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange. We will confirm eligibility and send instructions, including the return address and any required forms.
Refunds and processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing can take several business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
