These terms govern use of our toy car marketplace for buyers, sellers, and visitors. By creating an account or completing a purchase you agree to the policies below.
Customer agreement
Customers must provide accurate registration and checkout information and use the platform lawfully. We may suspend accounts that violate policies or abuse the marketplace. Disputes are handled through our support team and, where required, applicable local law.
Seller agreement
Sellers must describe listings accurately, honour return policies, and ship orders promptly. New listings are reviewed before publication. Platform fees and payout timing are communicated during seller onboarding. We may remove listings or suspend seller accounts for policy violations.
Dispute resolution
Contact customer support first with your order reference. Unresolved issues may be escalated to mediation or arbitration under the jurisdiction stated in your checkout confirmation. Raise disputes within a reasonable time after delivery or the event in question.
Cancellations, returns, and payments
Buyers may cancel eligible orders before shipment and request returns within the window described on our Returns page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when approved. Payments are processed securely through Iyzico; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
