How we work

We value clear communication, ownership, and respect for both customers and teammates. Many of us work remotely across time zones; we collaborate with modern tools and keep meetings purposeful.

Open roles

We do not always have listed vacancies. When we hire, we typically look for experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, logistics, design, or full-stack engineering. Fluent English is helpful; additional languages are a plus for support roles.
